- Set Up – 8:00am - 11:00am (Park Clean-Up & Fair Set-Up)
- Fair support – 11:00am - 2:00pm (Support of community partners, art tent and photo taking)
- Clean-up – 1:30pm - 3:30pm (Fair tear-down and park clean-up)
